Executive Coaching
Confidential, 1:1 coaching for non-profit leaders at all levels who want dedicated space to think, reflect, and develop their leadership presence. Whether you are stepping into a new CEO role, navigating a challenging transition, or managing complex decisions under pressure, coaching provides structure, clarity, and accountability.

My coaching approach draws on Co-Active principles, treating you as naturally creative, resourceful, and capable. I hold a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) and am a member of the Association for Coaching, working within recognized professional ethical frameworks.

Format: Typically six 60-minute online sessions held monthly or fortnightly, starting with a free 30-minute chemistry check.

Employer setup: For sponsored coaching, an optional 45-minute three-way setup meeting with a sponsor (manager, board chair, or HR) is available for £75.
Leadership Ally Service
Leadership in the non-profit sector can often feel lonely, especially when navigating major change, governance challenges, or crisis. The Leadership Ally service bridges the gap between coaching, mentoring, and professional advice.

Unlike pure coaching, where the coach strictly asks questions, a Leadership Ally relationship allows me to share my own 20+ years of executive leadership experience, offer practical suggestions, provide a sanity check on decisions, and connect you to relevant tools or networks.
